Why Agricultural Assets? The Institutional Blueprint

Positioning the individual investor alongside global wealth leaders.

In a global economy where traditional markets can be volatile, agricultural investment has emerged as a preferred method for long-term wealth preservation. Land is a finite resource, yet the global demand for food continues to rise. This fundamental supply-and-demand imbalance is why major institutional players— most notably Warren Buffett and Bill Gates — have secured massive holdings of profitable farmland. They recognize that regardless of market cycles, high-quality soil remains a reliable engine for creating and sustaining wealth.

Historically, the barrier to entry for this asset class was high; owning and operating a commercial-scale farm required significant capital and specialized operational expertise that few individual investors possessed. Our managed orchard model changes that dynamic, making agricultural investing accessible to the retail investor.

Direct Ownership of a Physical Hard Asset

Rather than investing in a vague fund or a paper-based commodity, you own a titled lot of top-quality agricultural land. This is a tangible hard asset registered in your name (or your company’s name) at the Paraguayan Land Registry. As a physical property, it serves as a robust hedge against inflation and provides essential portfolio diversification, as its value and income are not correlated to the stock market.

A Turn-Key Path to Passive Income

While you hold the title to the land, our professional management partner, Frutas del Paraguay SA, handles the complexities of modern agriculture. Your one-time investment covers everything from the initial land purchase to the continuous nurturing of the trees and the global sale of the harvest. This allows you to participate in the lucrative annual harvests of the Bright Red (Rojo Brillante) persimmon—a premium variety that dominates its specific market window — without ever having to step foot in a field.

How the Managed Orchard Model Works

This is a “turn-key” investment where the heavy lifting—from planting and irrigation to global export—is handled by our professional management partner, Frutas del Paraguay SA.

Meeting the highest global standards for agricultural excellence.

Good agricultural practices

To ensure our harvest reaches the most lucrative international markets, our management partner, Frutas del Paraguay SA, maintains official GLOBALG.A.P. certification (GGN: 4063061942289). This internationally recognized benchmark for Good Agricultural Practices is a standard requirement for major supermarkets and wholesalers, particularly across Northern Europe.

This certification covers our entire production chain—from the moment the trees are planted to the handling of the non-processed fruit—guaranteeing that your investment is managed according to the highest global benchmarks for food safety, environmental sustainability, and worker welfare.

For the investor, this certification serves as a critical “trust layer,” ensuring the farm’s output remains eligible for the premium-price export windows that drive our ROI projections
