Mar 24 Update – Exciting Persimmon Farm Developments & Last Calls

As we welcome the bustling harvest season, our farm is alive with anticipation and progress. Here’s what’s happening:

Harvest Preparations and International Shipments

Our farm is currently a hive of activity, with harvest preparations in full swing and the packaging already on site (see photo below). This year, our Grade A persimmons are set to make their debut in Canada, alongside shipments to Europe. This marks a significant milestone as we tap into the Canadian market, where wholesale prices are notably higher. Remember that we also enter the market without competition from European producers whose harvest season has just concluded.

Furthermore, all our Grade B persimmons have already found a market in Brazil. It’s important to note that these Grade B sales were not factored into our conservative 2024 harvest return projections, hinting at an even more prosperous outcome.

Investment Opportunities and Deadlines

We’re also issuing a final call for investors aiming to fully participate in the 2024 harvest. Fund your investment by March 31st, 2024, to enjoy 100% of your harvest share (paid out to you in July 2024). For those funding after March 31st and before June 30th, 2024, a share of 25% from their 2024 harvest awaits.
